US Tech Solutions Engineering Technician in Austin, Texas
Support daily based enterprise SSD qualification activities with Dell ESS team.
Running the script-based Dell ESS testing both at Linux/Windows
Responsibilities:
Working within Dell unique environment, iDRAC, Dell customized Bios, backplane, BOSS
Utilize debugging tools mainly protocol analyzers/ client debugging CLI tools
Experience:
Utilize simple FW update/converting/changing configuration using client internal tools.
Daily based communication with client FAE to synch up the priority works for Dell F1 Dynamic/JEDI activities
Skills:
Working within Dell unique environment, iDRAC, Dell customized Bios, backplane, BOSS
Running the script-based Dell ESS testing both at Linux/Windows
Education:
