ManpowerGroup Documentation Engineer in Austin, Texas
Our client, a leader in the electrical markets sector, is seeking a Documentation Engineer to join their team. As a Documentation Engineer, you will be part of the R&D Operations supporting the cross-functional product development team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Austin, TX (100% onsite)
Pay Range: $30-32.00/hr
What's the Job?
Create and maintain technical documentation for products and systems.
Collaborate with product developers and engineers to ensure clarity in documentation.
Ensure documentation meets corporate, division, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain standardized templates and forms for documentation.
What's Needed?
A trade degree in drafting or a bachelor's degree in engineering.
Experience working in electronic hardgoods and new product development.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or Computer-aided Design (CAD) software, preferably Unigraphics.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
