Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of ambulatory clinics and the ASC, ensuring efficient workflows, compliance, and high-quality patient care. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline administrative and operational tasks. Serve as the primary operational partner to the Directors of Nursing, providing administrative support to allow them to focus on clinical priorities.Strategic Growth Support: Collaborate with the Executive Director to execute strategic initiatives tied to practice growth, service line expansion, and long-term organizational goals. Lead operational projects related to clinic expansion, ASC service development, and capacity optimization. Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance scalability and efficiency.Capacity and Resource Management: Analyze and manage resource allocation to meet current and future patient volume demands. Ensure effective scheduling, staffing, and utilization across clinics and the ASC. Identify operational bottlenecks and lead improvement efforts to maximize capacity and throughput.Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including clinic volumes, patient access metrics, and capacity utilization. Prepare and present data-driven reports to leadership, providing insights to inform operational and strategic decisions.Collaboration and Communication: Act as a liaison between nursing leadership, administrative teams, and other departments to ensure alignment and seamless communication. Partner with clinical and non-clinical leaders to integrate operational processes with patient care objectives.Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor support staff involved in operational and administrative tasks, fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Ensure team members are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.Perform other related duties as assigned.
