Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components and how they work together. Ability to develop and communicate a vision for Infrastructure and Operations along with strategies to implement that vision. Regularly conducts research and evaluation of current technology trends and industry practices to inform strategy. Researches and implements best practices for infrastructure services, including proven infrastructure methodologies, service management processes, and operational support.Business-driven, people-focused, with exceptional influencing skills; excellent organizational, multi-tasking, presentation, and time-management skills; strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to transcend business and technical audiences.
