Summary of Role: GlobalFoundries seeks an experienced Account Manager to manage US Channel Partners. As part of the Commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business with assigned clients while at the same time providing a high level of operational service to these clients in existing business.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate, and drive overall strategy for assigned Channel Partner Accounts

  • Work closely with the US regional sales team to move accounts to the Channel.

  • Meet or exceed US Channel Design Win Revenue, Wafer Revenue and Tape Out Revenue targets.

  • Develop business proposals in response to RFI/RFQs and drive necessary internal alignment and approvals from key stakeholders.

  • In alignment with the overall channel strategy, work to bring on board new US based Channel Partners

  • Develop a high level of Channel Partner intimacy with client’s sourcing and business units.

  • Process quotes, forecasts, and product disposition in a timely manner.

  • Work closely with FAEs, Customer Service Representatives, and Administration as a team to communicate information and maximize GlobalFoundries customer satisfaction.

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College and or University in Engineering, Technology, Business, Accounting, Finance, Management or Related Discipline

  • 5 Plus Years of Experience and knowledge of the Semiconductor Industry

  • 3 plus years of experience in account management of semiconductor distributors

  • Travel Requirements within the US: 40%

  • Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience working with Semiconductor silicon aggregators.

  • Direct experience working with large distributors like Arrow and Avnet

  • Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce

  • Direct experience dealing with Foundry.

  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Expected Salary Range

$138,000.00 - $221,500.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
