Job/Position DescriptionThe Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position of Community Partner Program (CPP) Data and Technology Program Specialist within the Access and Eligibility Services (AES) Community Engagement Division. To learn more about how CPP makes a difference in our community, click on the link: Building Bridges: A Guide to the CPP Program{target="blank"}Essential Job FunctionsAttends work on a regular and predictable schedule by agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned.(25%) Assists with collecting and analyzing program data from the Community Partner Program (CPP) staff (which includes SNAP Application Assistance, Community Support Specialists (CSS), and contractors). Assists with designing strategies to mitigate or avoid risks for program improvement. Analyzes and interprets qualitative and quantitative data sets. Interprets and presents data to diverse audiences in understandable formats, including memos, reports, and data visuals. Coordinates specialized research projects to analyze data and identifies and implements strategies for program improvement and strategic change. (25%) Assists the Data and Technology team with administration and ongoing development of databases and customer relationship management software (Salesforce). Oversees the quality of the deliverables and activities of CPP non-financial contractors, provisioning, and background checks. Works with CPP staff and external parties to maintain and create solutions and improvements to the application. Maintains accurate program data across various computer applications.
