Technical background with event or production experienceAssist the production team and partners in the creation of event designs and logistical integration of sound, lighting, video (broadcasting and web).Support the supervision and provide stage management duties related to show direction, talent liaison, blocking and show calling.Identify audience targets, guest attendance interactions and manage the guest flow for ingress and egress at events to ensure positive participant experience and delivery of excellence.Capacity for large-scale project workflows and event managementPartner with respective stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective event planning including site visits, safety (Fire, Medical and Security) scheduling set-up, rehearsal, show/strike days.Responsible for creating and organizing master ground plan files, 3D modeling including scenic elements, viewport and annotation of callout details.Manage relationships with multiple vendors and departmental associates for multiple event scheduling and planning.Provide oversight on post-production editing (digital prep, audio and video format conversions and transcoding.
