Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Austin, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work Youll Do

Drive innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients. Develop future-state business process and key design decisions for Information Technology and Operational environments. Conduct market analysis, including determining current and future competitive environments of business entities. Conduct technical enablement assessment to determine key process and organizational gaps in current business environment. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. Analyze financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes.

50% Travel required nationally

Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following:

Designing enterprise, customer and operating model strategies and advising clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures, utilizing Strategy Choice Cascade, Capability Maturity Model (CMM), Scenario Planning, Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, and Prioritization Frameworks;

Developing and documenting internal business services processes and metrics consistent with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, utilizing Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS Word;

Providing clients with industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling to produce analysis and algorithms utilizing financial statements, Tableau, MS Excel, and Cost-Benefit Analysis;

Utilizing customer journey maps, process flows, capability maps, and technical architecture diagrams to provide scalable designs for technical solutions;

Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using MS Excel and MS Visio;

Working across all phases of the Business Life Cycle, Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), and customer journey maps for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;

Developing integrated operating model strategies by assessing a clients business challenges, needs, and gaps, diagnosing root problems, and recommending an asset-leveraging focused solution using strategic objectives, process flows, architecture diagrams, high-level roadmaps, value propositions, and scenario planning; and

Designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
