Coordinates the day-to-day management of the DHHS state contract. Coordinate logistics (scheduling, meeting minutes) for task force meetings and project groups. Submit monthly progress report on activities performed to DHHS. Provides direct supervision to GRA, establishing performance goals and expectations. Coordinate with other departments, schools at the University, and other institution partners. Collaborates with contributors within the team, including the Center for Health IPE.Collaborates with the task force and content creators to plan, develop, implement one-day retreat for the content creators.Organizes visual aids and curriculum materials to ensure effectiveness of the program operation for the task force. Collaborates with the task force and the operations team to plan, develop, order supplies and implement and evaluate the IPE curriculum at the pilot curriculum day.Works with GRA to submit research study to the IRB, including informed consent, protocol and evaluation forms.Monitors project timeline to ensure that program deliverables and milestones can be met. Oversees program budget spreadsheets.Provides leadership in establishing relationships with content creators, vendors and subject matter experts. Represents the program and DMS to key external and internal stakeholders, including leaders in the medical, non-pro?t, government, and education sectors. Other related duties as assigned.
