Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations for our Department
  • Keep up to date with changes in all affected programs and implement these changes
  • Manage daily back-office operations to include confirming timesheets
  • Identify opportunities for growth for the department
  • Maintain database pertaining to caseloads and patient information
  • Coordinate calls pertaining to patient coverage and issues
  • Scheduling patients, communication with families, etc.
  • Provide information on Weekly Calls Report as needed for accurate reporting
  • Facilitate On-Call duties as assigned

Qualifications
