[Position Summary: [The Events Coordinator coordinates and oversees Museum Rental events as well as internal events that strengthen the Museums [audience reach. [Working under the guidance of and reporting directly to the Head of Events, with moderate latitude [for the use of initiative,[ the Events Coordinator works closely with clients, external contractors, work crews, and Museum staff [to ensure well-organized, well-executed, successful events that conform to clients' goals and the Museums standards for [quality and safety.
