AssociateDirector of Donor Acquisition and Retention
St. Edward's University is seeking for an ambitious and out of the box thinker for our AssociateDirector of Donor Acquisition and Retention position. The incumbent will develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive annual donor acquisition and retention program. Serve as a key member of a team charged with the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive annual donor acquisition and retention program which provides critical support for academic programs, scholarships, and co-curricular programs that support student development and success. The incumbent is charged with coordinating an integrated omni-channel fundraising program that will increase participation in annual giving to St. Edward's University.
For consideration, a Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science in marketing, communications, English, or related field or equivalent work experience required. Project management experience preferred. Minimum of five years of experience in the advancement/development field in a higher education or other non-profit setting. Experience using Microsoft Office and database software programs required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially lnDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere preferred. Experience sourcing and managing content development, publishing, photo, and video editing preferred. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear and compelling correspondence required. Must have an unencumbered driver's license and the ability to pass a criminal background check
