Leads and manages teams to ensure vertical and horizontal curricular and instructional alignment of OnRamps dual enrollment courses between high school and university offerings. Leads a team to ensure consistent implementation of high-quality professional learning and development programs. Manages an annual system for dual enrollment course audits, TEKS and TCCRS crosswalks, review of syllabi, and alignment w/ UT, state, federal, and accreditation policies and standards.Advances short-term efforts and long-term vision of OnRamps by using data to apply principle of continuous improvement to course improvement, instructor experience, student learning, and special projects. Leads standard evaluation procedures to analyze data and monitor, evaluate, and document course, student, and Instructor outcomes through recurring issue tracking and reporting.Leads the development and ensure timely delivery of dual enrollment courses and distance learning products and services for state, regional, and national audiences with options for revenue generation. Develops and implements strategy for products and services to be delivered directly to students in various settings and adult learners.Leads research and development efforts under the direction of the Executive Director and in collaboration with OnRamps Instructional Design teams to ensure the continuation of the highest quality learning experience across all courses. Designs, tests, and implements systems for evaluating curriculum products and related services for on-going improvement and student support efforts at large scale.Engages as a member of the OnRamps executive leadership team to contribute to the development and execution of the strategic plan to ensure the sustainability of OnRamps and its strategic initiatives. Leads projects as assigned, such as growth and scaling of distance learning products and services or other initiatives and leads special projects that increase opportunities for the scaling, replication, and continuous improvement of OnRamps as an organization.
