Pay Range: 20.71/hr
What's the Job?
Perform basic administrative duties under immediate supervision, following well-defined procedures.
Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets to support the business unit.
Maintain files and calendars, ensuring effective organization and accessibility.
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with other department software as needed.
Assist in exchanging documents with various courts and administrative agencies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED.
One year of administrative work experience.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage data and processes effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a keen attention to detail.
