Description We are in search of an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role involves managing all aspects of accounting operations, implementing and overseeing accounting procedures, and playing a crucial role in our company's financial planning. You will be part of a dynamic team, working in a hybrid workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, monitor, and enforce policies and procedures that influence financial decisions.

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and end-year close processes, ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of financial statements.

• Develop and enhance existing accounting procedures to optimize efficiency.

• Evaluate financial performance in relation to long-term operational goals, budgets, and forecasts.

• Address discrepancies and communicate essential financial management details during audits to ensure continual operations.

• Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic business plans.

• Utilize accounting software systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools for efficient financial management.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, as well as auditing and billing functions.

• Ensure timely and effective risk management through robust data analysis and forecasting methods.

• Demonstrate exceptional time and deadline management skills, maintaining flexibility under pressure, and multitasking with efficiency and reliability. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Must have knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions is a necessity.

• Proficiency in Great Plains (GPAC) is essential.

• Must have a comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Auditing skills are a must.

• Able to conduct Billing Functions effectively.

• Possession of a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager/Supervisor.

• CPA or related certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to direct and supervise.

• Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.

• Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations.
