Full-Time Crew Member with Management Potential

About Us: Wrap City Sandwich Company is a fast-casual restaurant that was started in New Hampshire. We are the first store in Ohio, located in Aurora and looking to expand, so there are plenty of growth opportunities as well! We want to earn a top spot in the area as one of the go-to destinations for lunch, dinner, catering, or just a quick bite.

About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Full-Time Crew Members. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service:

    • Greeting guests warmly and efficiently.
    • Taking accurate food and beverage orders.
    • Delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately.
    • Answering guest questions and addressing any concerns promptly.
    • Maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area.
  • Contributing to Restaurant Operations:

    • Assisting with food preparation and plating (as needed).
    • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant.
    • Following all safety and health regulations.
    • Assisting with inventory and stock management.
  • Demonstrating Teamwork and Communication:

    • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
    • Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
    • Following instructions and adhering to restaurant policies.

Management Potential:

High-performing Crew Members with a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and a desire to grow within the company will have the opportunity to advance into management roles. This may include training in areas such as:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Leading and motivating teams, delegating tasks, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Restaurant Operations: Inventory control, scheduling, and financial management.
  • Customer Service: Resolving complex guest issues, managing customer complaints effectively.

Qualifications:
