Job Title: QC Lab TechnicianJob Description

The QC Lab Technician is responsible for conducting routine and non-routine chemistry and microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process formulations, and final products to ensure they meet established specifications. The role involves utilizing and operating laboratory equipment and instruments such as pH meters, conductivity meters, UV spectrophotometers, KF titrators, FTIR spectrometers, and performing various titrations according to work instructions or laboratory procedures. The technician will also calculate and generate data for compliance, perform technical reviews, calibrate and maintain lab equipment, and enter results in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Additional responsibilities include performing investigative analysis, environmental monitoring, data verification, applying disposition labels to materials, handling hazardous materials safely, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Aurora, Ohio.

Work Environment

Employee will be working in a regulated laboratory environment within the manufacturing facility which mainly produces excipients and high-purity chemicals such as buffers, amino acids, salts, and specialty chemicals.
