WORK HOURS

6:50 p.m. - 7 a.m.

3 day on / 3 day off rotational schedule

STARTING PAY

$28 - $30 hour plus $1.50 shift differential

Responsibilities

  • Completesmaintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems

  • Identifies and resolves equipment malfunctions related to downtime, scrap, and performance

  • Monitors spare parts inventories and make recommendations to assure availability

  • Troubleshoots and AC / DC motor drives

  • Completes assigned work orders in a timely manner

  • Records preventative maintenance and repair data using computer based systems

  • Identifies parts and materials required for repairsand arranges procurement

  • Informsappropriate parties of and coordinates maintenance needsto minimize downtime

  • Maintains safe and clean work environment

  • Observes all Plant procedures, policies, and guidelines

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience or equivalent education inIndustrialMaintenance

  • PLC troubleshooting experiencehighly preferred; Allen Bradley and Siemens knowledgedesired

  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds repetitively

  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, and/or kneel continuously

  • Availability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays as scheduled

  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with Company safety policies and guidelines

  • Good verbal, writing, and math skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
