A company in Aurora is looking to hire Machine Operators for a second shift role. This is an opportuinty and position of growth where Machine experience is not required, but preferred, as is blueprint reading. Shift is 4:30pm to 3am M-Th with OT opportunity on Fridays. If interested, please today.

Responsibilities

Pay: $17-$18 hr

Shift: 4:30pm-3am M-TH, Overtime on Fridays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Operates production equipment to produce products in accordance with production requirements and standards.

2. Produces assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions.

3. Completes equipment set-up's in accordance with customer specifications and quality procedures.

4. Inspects parts and documents findings on appropriate paperwork as needed.

5. Inspects equipment prior to use to verify equipment is in good working order.

6. Completes all required job documentation.

7. Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas daily.

8. Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.

9. Notifies lead of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.

10. Performs all other duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
