Responsibilities

Lead a team of Sales Lead Generators to achieve branch goals through effective management of performance, schedules, and activities. Recruit, interview, and select talented Sales Lead Generators to join our team. Conduct regular meetings to inform, educate, and motivate team members. Provide ongoing coaching and role-playing sessions to enhance customer approach, objection handling, and lead setting skills. Foster positive relationships with retail store personnel and area management to drive collaboration and support. Ensure compliance with store signage requirements and facilitate planned store events. Conduct product knowledge training sessions for store associates and department heads regularly.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of demonstrated sales experience with management responsibilities. Service industry experience and HVAC knowledge are advantageous. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset. Availability to work a five-day workweek, including weekends. Relevant experience or advanced training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must pass background check, drug screen, and MVR.
