Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with over 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in multifamily or commercial projects. The primary focus is on conveyor systems, with occasional structural steel projects based on customer needs. You will lead a team of professionals in the design and construction of large-scale industrial projects from conceptual planning through to occupancy. Your role will involve effectively planning and managing project execution, resource allocations, and schedules in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of construction industry experience

• 5+ years of successful project management

• Degree in Construction Management or a similar field

• Experience with conveyor systems and structural steel

Soft Skills

• Excellent organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on customer needs

• Strong communication skills

• Articulate thoughts clearly

• Willingness to learn unique processes

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Aurora, Colorado.

Work Environment

This role is within the airport division, focusing mainly on conveyors. Projects span across various sectors including Airport, Automotive, Food & Beverage, Parcel, Postal, and Power & Heavy Industrial. The company has the in-house capability to self-perform all aspects of industrial material handling projects, including mechanical and control systems design, mechanical and electrical fabrication, installation, integration, commissioning, training, and maintenance.
