Job Title: Family Housing Resolution Director FLSA Status: Full Time - exempt Reports to: DMSS Director Schedule: Standard Office

Supervises: Connection Center Director Housing Now Program Manager OSS Lead Case Manager Social Services Coordinator Rate of Pay: $90,000 - $92,275 annually Closing Date: 9/24/2024 Benefits: Standard; Full-Time, Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following: Health, vision, dental, life as well as voluntary life and disability insurance Sick leave benefit - 1 day per month, 12 sick days per year (accrual and availability begins at hire) Vacation benefit - 20 vacation days per year, accrued at the rate of .0769 hours for each hour worked (accrual begins at hire but may not be used until the completion of six months of employment) One floating day off for use (accrued immediately, and again annually, but may not be used until the completion of the initial three-month introductory period of employment) Pension Plan (after one year of continuous service) Voluntary Tax-Deferred Annuity Plan (403(b)plan) Function: The Family Housing Resolution Director achieves the goal of permanent housing solutions through delivering creatives supports to families who are seeking resources such as diversion, rapid resolution, and sheltering or who are matched with rapid rehousing solutions through Housing Now and the Connection Center. This position provides oversight and innovative leadership to Housing Now, the Connection Center and their programs. Core activities include smooth functioning of programs through assessment, program planning, implementation, oversight and supervision of staff, interns and volunteers. This position includes regular internal and external reporting. This position provides critical support of dynamic partnerships with community partners, funders and government entities. Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide direct oversight and innovative leadership of The Salvation Army's Housing Now and Connection Center programs. Provide oversight and direction of the former West Adams Corps/Service Center location including social services staff, food pantry, Energy Outreach Colorado, Safe Parking, Christmas assistance and other social service assistance as assigned. Including facilities operations and maintenance Develop efficient systems, protocols, and procedures for The Connection Center to ensure timely, trauma informed, data driven responses to the center's callers. This includes development or modification of written and/or visual products. Facilitate relationships with outside agencies, business, faith-based communities, and government agencies as they relate to the Housing Now and the Connection Center programs which includes: Represent and ensure adherence to all OneHome, MDHI, ESG and all other collaborations and funding sources including grant management. Maintaining records and filing reports Facilitate program monitoring and improvement to ensure the highest quality service provision, while in alignment with the The Salvation Army's Denver Metro Social Services mission. Collaborate with other TSA staff in grant writing, grant billing and managing grants that fall under Housing Now and the Connection Center. Program oversight of contracts held by Housing Now, the Connection Center, and other grants/contracts as assigned. This includes timely review and approval of invoices for billing. Responsible for program budget management including, monthly, quarterly and yearly budget planning. Works closely with TSA finance department. Ensure collaboration, communication and cooperation among various TSA programs/leadership and Housing Now/Connection Center staff and all other programs. Ensuring training and task supervision of Connection Center staff, Housing Now team, social service program staff, volunteers and interns assisting with all aspects of the program including reporting, training, e c. This includ Support and leadership of program partnerships and grants and grant management. Complete and adhere to Housing Now and Connection Center budget Lead the development and ensure the implementation of program policies and procedures. Provide oversight to accounting processes, implementing appropriate controls with The Salvation Army regulations, and adhering to partner organizations' policies for reimbursement. When appropriate, act as the point of contact between The Salvation Army and partner organizations and entities. Responsible for approving and submitting time sheet and time off requests for direct supervisees and ensuring program supervisors are following appropriate procedures in accordance with internal policies and UltiPro software. Support TSA Human Resources in investigations, staff complaint/grievances, annual evaluations, managing team dynamics and other duties to ensure high functioning teams. As appropriate, provide training and weekly supervision of various teams in best practices for Diversion, Rapid Resolution, Rapid Rehousing, WellSky, HMIS and others and all other policy and procedural changes in the fut Ensure Housing Now and Connection Center staff to prepare monthly statistical reports as required for various contracts, program monitoring, and evaluation to the Denver Metro Social Services Director. Facilitate the coordination and referral of appropriate emergency assistance responses and Continuum of Care for homeless families as it relates to TSA programs, community partner agencies and other collaborations.
