National Dentex Dental Lab Technician (Denture Tech) in Aurora, Colorado
Description
Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Perry & Young in Aurora, CO for a Dental Laboratory Technician.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Read prescriptions and specifications received from dentist.
Pour models from impressions received from doctors in the proper material
Pindex models and place pins in dies
Saw out dies using proper technique to make dies removable for fabrication
Place models on appropriate type of articulator using correct technique
Articulate models by using bites sent by doctor or hand articulating to correct bite relationship
Paint dies with proper number of coats of die paint
Check case for correct doctor information, finish date, product, metal type, and fabrication questions that need to be called on the next day
Clean work area daily
All other duties as assigned.

Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
Excellent eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
Detail oriented
Minimum Education and Experience Required:
Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
No experience required
