Maintenance Technician II
Hours are M-F from 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
RESPONSIBILITIES
ESSENTIAL MHE FUNCTIONS
Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
Operate, maintain Autostore robotics, carousel pick ports, conveyor pick ports robots and chargers.
Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building.
Set, calibrate, or adjust equipment, machinery, and instruments so they align with production specifications or instructions.
Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, pneumatics, etc.
Troubleshoot High and Low voltage electrical using Multimeter.
Create and close out work orders with data including labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
Develop training plans for service technicians.
Develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
Perform additional duties/assignments that may be required by management from time to time.
ESSENTIAL FACILITY FUNCTIONS
Perform necessary repairs and maintenance to the office/building.
Painting, Plumbing, some janitorial work
Low and High voltage electrical
Rack Installation/repair.
Dock/Door maintenance
Welding
Basic fabrication
Responsible for company tools and maintenance equipment used in performance of job duties, including inventory maintenance, safe operation, proper storage, and security of tool area.
Must be willing to work occasional nights/weekends/on call.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent.
CMMS experience required.
Ability to work autonomously.
Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
Automation, Conveyance, PLCs, or Robotics repair technician experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Repair technician experience in a distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field.

Pay Range:

$20.40 - $45.01

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
