What is the role and where can you add value?
We are looking for a Corporate Trainer that develops and delivers training to 2-10 Home Buyer Warranty’s Service Delivery and Operations departments. Developing operational excellence in areas including customer engagement, claims processes and procedures, product knowledge, and building effective relationships. This position will create and deliver training content in multiple formats, including self-directed, facilitator-led, and virtual.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Partner with Operations leadership to set training goals and drive results
Develop and deliver impactful training for our operations teams via a blended method that supports the unique culture and business environment (e.g. self-directed, facilitator-led, virtual)
Effectively train the Service Delivery, Contractor Relations, New Home Operations, and Operations Leadership on current and new products and services, upskilling, and effective customer communication
Builds and maintains effective relationships cross-functionally; is a trusted advisor on the following topics: product knowledge, systems and tools, as well as standard operating procedures for the 2-10 HBW operations teams
Evaluates and measures the effectiveness of training, solicits feedback, and makes recommendations for improvements
Demonstrates professionalism and inspires teams to have fun and take pride in the company and the customer experience
Prepares new representatives by conducting orientation to processes and procedures
Determines training needs by observing customer calls, studying performance results reports, and conferring with operations leadership
Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching, conducting training sessions, and developing outcome improvement resources
Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, and integrating support with routine job functions

3-5 years’ minimum experience in facilitating, coaching, developing curriculum, and new employee onboarding development
Minimum of 3 years in call center training, customer service, or operations (or comparable) experience
