Core Responsibilities:
• Answer routine telephone calls for OADS and quickly route callers to correct resources.
• Create spreadsheets and perform data entry and management.
• Organize, record, and maintain computerized and manual files.
• Operate technical office materials and equipment according to set procedures.
• Perform multiple office support functions related to business and other OADS operational needs.
• Comply with confidentiality requirements and other security protocol.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Complete and file online Sales Tax Fairness Credit and Rent Rebate tax returns for all eligible OADS clients.
• Maintain all aspects of Client Asset Management billings of OADS clients under Public Guardianship
Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must have training, education or experience in office and administrative support work that demonstrates 1) competency in applying a sold knowledge of modern office practices to perform complex, varied office support tasks, 2) the ability to use independent decision making on the appropriate processes to follow, information to process and actions to take in accordance with standard procedures.
