Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Augusta, Georgia

Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions, foster a positive workplace, and ensure compliance. This is an onsite-only position with significant opportunities to impact the organization. This is a hands-on, stand-alone position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Manage employee relations, payroll, and HRIS (Bamboo).

  • Conduct employee evaluations and support talent development.

  • Lead succession planning and organizational design initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies.

  • Support recruitment, benefits administration, and records management.

  • Conduct exit interviews and provide data-driven recommendations.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

  • 5+ years of HR-specific experience; Bamboo experience preferred.

  • Proven expertise in employee relations and HR compliance.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and FMLA.

  • Ability to commute between Augusta and North Augusta offices as needed

  • Understanding of Department of Labor (DOL) regulations and guidelines
