MOSTLY REMOTE AR ANALYST POSITION BASED OUT OF AUGUSTA, GA (must live within an hour of Augusta).

Our established service client is hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be entrusted with the management of all incoming payments and will be expected to streamline processes within the department.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Ensure accurate billing is processed monthly and annually according to client contracts

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries

• Oversee accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances

• Assist with the maintenance of the company’s bank accounts, serving as an administrator

• Ensure efficient execution of day-to-day treasury tasks, in compliance with internal controls

• Coordinate with internal teams and external financial institutions for accurate and timely reporting and execution of treasury functions

• Handle a high volume of data without feeling overwhelmed

• Act as a backup for Accounts Payable when necessary

• Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to handle financial transactions and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in a B2B environment

• Demonstrated proficiency in Billing procedures and practices

• Proven experience in Cash Applications

• Solid understanding and experience in Cash Collections

• Skilled in Commercial Collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial data processing and reporting

• Experience in using QuickBooks for financial management

• Excellent proficiency in Excel

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proactive problem-solving abilities

• Team player with a positive attitude
