Job Description

What will a day in this role look like?

• Contributing to the winning, management and successful delivery of moderate to large-scale T&D projects

• Managing resources, budgets and timelines throughout the design process

• Assisting with preparing proposals and presentations to clients to win work

• Leveraging your relationships with clients to secure work and grow AECOM relationships.

• Mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members

Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?

• Appropriate tertiary qualification in electrical or power systems engineering (or equivalent)

• 5+ years professional T&D experience

• Site experience/experience in projects being constructed and commissioned

• Demonstrated experience in substation design

Salary range for this role is $105 - 140k p.a. + benefits. Flexible working pattern including start/finish times, and working from home. Ideally we are looking for someone full time (40 hours per week) but we are open to part time (30 hours per week) to support and encourage work/life balance.
