Associate Director – Construction

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced senior broker to join our Wellington team as an Associate Director in our Auckland Construction team.

About the mahi

As an Associate Director, you will service a book of Construction clients,

  • You will be the key contact and liaison between Aon and the Client

  • Provide professional, accurate and efficient response to client needs and servicing client requirements

  • Identify opportunities for growth and how we can introduce Aon’s full range of services to our clients

  • Management of Client Renewals and preparing and providing premium calculations

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Proven experience in Commercial or Corporate Insurance broking at a Senior Level

  • Holding a Level 5 General Insurance qualification is preferred

  • You will be confident in your communication style, a strong negotiator and have outstanding written and presentation skills

  • Though this is not a people leadership position we would be looking for someone with the ability to mentor and support our more junior members of the team
