We have an exclusive opening for an Asset Coordinator based onsite at Auckland Prison in Paremoremo . As part of our elite team, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracts and ensuring seamless operations, all while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.

About the Role:

  • You will be the mastermind behind managing, tracking, and optimising crucial assets within the facility.

  • Oversee the lifecycle of assets, from acquisition to disposal, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring adherence to confidentiality guidelines.

  • Implement asset tracking systems, enabling real-time monitoring and safeguarding against loss or misuse.

  • Conduct regular audits to assess asset condition, performance, and compliance with established standards.

  • Collaborate closely with facility management and maintenance teams to support asset needs and plan for future requirements.

  • Liaise with the Internal/External Asset Management team to update and maintain the Asset Management Plans as well as processing life-cycle claims.

  • Coordinate and secure BWOF compliance.

About You:

  • A minimum of two years administration experience, ideally in a FM/AM environment.

  • The ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.

  • Proactive in identifying issues and recommending solutions.

  • Working knowledge of Asset Management software packages, such as JDE or SAP is highly desirable.
