Kuehne+Nagel Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist in Auckland, New Zealand
We are looking for an experienced Auckland based Customer Care Specialist to join the CCL Team responsible for managing one of our largest Aerospace clients.
Your Role
Reporting to the National Customer Care Manager, you will be a key contact for this complex, yet rewarding, key account. As the successful candidate, you will have at least 3-5 years import and export airfreight experience, and a strong passion for delivering customer excellence. Your dedication to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer’s needs will be key to your success!
Your Responsibilities
Deliveringexceptional customer service, ensuring customer specific KPI’s are met
Servingas a key point of contact and responsible for providing the customer withup-to-date information on shipments throughout the order lifecycle (import,export and cross-trade)
Liaisingwith local and overseas KN stations and agents to facilitate the movement andsuccessful completion of shipments
Determiningspecific service requirements and ensuring regulatory requirements anddocumentation are correct
Buildinglong term and effective relationships with one key customer
Your Skills and Experiences
Aminimum of 3+ years air logistics experience, preferably in export airfreight
Exceptionalattention to detail and time management skills
Apassion for dealing with customers and solving complex, time-critical problems
Abilityto work under pressure
Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal
Strongorganisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks
Apositive work ethic, attitude and someone who has a passion for customerexcellence
