This Account Technology Specialist is perfect for someone who thrives working with business leaders and technical teams alike, whilst leveraging their sales, industry and technical acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Synthesising and combining various business and industry insights to conduct forecasting and develop recommendations for managing accounts and subsidiary planning.

  • Act as a Trusted Advisor by providing Account thought leadership and technical guidance to internal teams.

  • Lead the analysis of overall customer needs, outcomes, and blockers, and formulating technology strategy.

  • Create, develop and driving opportunities based on industry best practices, and orchestrating demand generation and orchestration.

  • Act as the customer's Technology Mentor, driving market share, and leading customer business transformations through digital technologies.

  • Help customer technical specialists build the message to sell Microsoft offerings to other parts of their business or end users, and orchestrating internal teams and local partners.

  • Lead customer technology engagement, delivering regular briefings to customer technology stakeholders, driving customer skilling initiatives and execution.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience

  • 5+ years experience in driving digital transformation within an industry (e.g. Retail, Transport, Travel) or equivalent experience in consulting or technology sectors.

  • Experience advising on generative AI or Data and AI

  • Experience engaging and managing relationships with CXO level stakeholders, cultivating strategic partnerships.

  • Demonstrated experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborations with partners for optimal business results

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of Azure or other cloud platforms.
