Description

We are in search of a Systems Administrator to join our team in Auburn, Washington. As a key member of our IT department, your main focus will be on managing and maintaining our O365/Azure systems and ensuring the efficient operation of our network. This role is critical in processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our O365/Azure systems

• Ensure efficient operation of our network

• Handle basic networking tasks including DNS, TCP/IP, and basic switching/routing

• Utilize virtualization tools such as VMware, vSphere, or Hyper-V

• Administer O365, Active Directory, and group policy

• Maintain knowledge and proficiency in backup, replication, and network storage solutions

• Familiarize with hardware and its installation

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years minimum of strong experience as a Systems Administrator, 7-10 for someone to be at a more Sr. level

• Basic networking at the minimum - LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, basic switching/routing

• Virtualization experience - VMware, for someone more senior Horizon View and VMware NSX

• Strong knowledge/experience in a Microsoft environment

• Proficiency in backup, replication, and Network storage solutions

• O365 administration, Active Directory, and group policy expertise

• Must be familiar with hardware
