PDS Tech Inc Compliance Administor - PERM in Auburn, Washington

PDS TECH is looking for a Compliance Assistant for our client in Auburn, WA.

This is a DIRECT / PERM position!

Summary of Position

Assists the Compliance Officer in overseeing the Corporate Compliance Program, functioning as an independent and objective body that reviews and evaluates compliance issues/concerns within the organization.

Essential Job Requirements (MINIMUM):

  • Designs and implements programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all business units are in compliance with AS9100, Customer, Statutory and Regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborates with other departments (e.g., Risk Management, Internal Audit, Employee Services, etc.) to direct compliance issues to appropriate existing channels for investigation and resolution.

  • Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities and to identify trends.

  • Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.

  • Monitors the performance of the Compliance Program and relates activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.

  • Supplies support and guidance to other areas within the department, as necessary or required.

  • Provide training for AS9100 documents and processes.

  • Other duties as required or necessary beyond this scope.

Preforms other duties as assigned.

Responsible for conforming to the company's quality system procedures as documented.


A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Personnel management coursework preferred.


Experience with requirements of AS9100 standards as well as familiarity with AS9102.


Reading comprehension and retention.

Ability to organize and prioritize.

Analytical and creative skills to find solutions to problems in a real time environment.

Proficient using PC and software applications with knowledge of different types of software use, ie, MS Windows, MS Access, MS Excel, Internet, and menu driven programs.

Basic math skills with ability to use a calculator.

Able to work in a team environment.

Interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail.

Sense of Urgency.

Background in production and manufacturing methods and processes.

Ability to interact with a diverse workforce.
