D&W is looking for a Facilities Manager located at our corporate facility in Auburn, NY. Job Responsibilities:•Coordinate and participate in the work of staff responsible for facility maintenance. •Coordinate construction projects and remodels for all locations.•Manage contractors and service providers related to facilities and grounds.•Oversee the maintenance and inspections for all D&W owned vehicles.•Manage the building security and janitorial needs.•Prepare for customer/supplier visits, meetings, classes, and other special events.Job Requirements:•Five years in facility maintenance and/or the trades including supervisory experience.•Knowledge of materials, methods, terminology, equipment, and tools used in the maintenance, repair, and construction of building structures and systems including those used in performing rough and finished carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, mechanical, and paint work.•Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.•Ability to accept flexible work assignments and to respond to facilities emergencies 24/7.
