By working together, we will improve quality and reduce costs.\ \ TheLarge Group Benefit Consultantposition inAuburn, Maineat a busy Health Insurance Agency, is responsible for attaining large group sales objectives within a defined book of brokers. The Benefit Consultant works strategically with the Group Sales Manager and appointed brokers in writing and renewing large group business in accordance with all regulatory requirements. This includes achieving new business sales objectives and retention goals by driving demand for large group products while ensuring client satisfaction.\ \ Large Group Benefit ConsultantQualifications:
- Bachelors degree, preferably in the marketing field.
- Five (5+) or more years of experience in healthcare sales and group insurance sales with demonstrated success.
- License/Certifications: Maine Life and Health Insurance License
- Respectful communication and cooperation between all employees.
- Self-motivated effective multi-tasker
- Highly effective & persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Teamwork and employee participation, permitting the representation of all groups and perspectives.
- Able to build strong relationships with brokers and consultants strongly preferred.
- Significant understanding of health plan services and operations as well as theneeds and interests of Maine businesses.
- Strong consultative and relationship-building skills.

- Schedule: Business Hours
- Pay Rate: \$95,000-\$130,000/ yearly
- Start Date: ASAP
