Job Title: Contract AdministratorJob Description
Position Summary: Work with Project Managers, Estimators, and Accounts Payable to create subcontracts
Hard Skills
Prepare all subcontracts
Effectively communicate with project management and vendors for the timely preparation and return of contract documents.
Manage prequalification process of all subcontractors and maintain prequalification list.
Serve as the backup to the Contract Administrator II.
Adhere to all Company Safety Policies and the Company Code of Conduct.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with contract administration.
Associate degree or equivalent experience; 6 months or more in the construction field or comparable industry (manufacturing).
Demonstrate ability to gather and analyze information skillfully and reach sound conclusions.
Knowledge in COINS ERP system is a plus.
Soft Skills

Ability to utilize judgement in workload prioritization.
Excellent detail-oriented skills.
Disciplined attitude regarding processes and procedures.
Ability to manage competing demands with minimal supervision.
