Job title : Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Summary The candidate will work as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, responsible for overseeing the preparation and packaging of items for shipment and supervising the receipt of incoming shipments. They will also manage inventory levels, maintain documentation of shipping and receiving activities, and provide customer service by addressing inquiries related to shipments.

Skill Requirements

Must-Have Requirements

· Shipping software proficiency.

· Inventory management systems experience.

· Ability to use basic office equipment , such as computers and scanners.

· Exceptional attention to detail .

· Strong organization skills.

Skill Education

· Shipping software: Software used for managing shipping processes including generating shipping labels, tracking shipments, and managing carrier relationships.

· Inventory management systems: Systems used to track inventory levels, orders, sales, and deliveries.

· Basic office equipment: Standard tools used in an office environment such as computers, scanners, printers etc.

· Attention to detail: The ability to focus on all aspects of a task with precision.

· Organization: Skills related to arranging tasks or items systematically for efficiency.

Requirements

-HS Diploma/GED

-Experience related to the role directly is a plus, but not a must

-Team player and quality characteristics

-Required to show up on time and work when scheduled

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
