Comerica Procurement Shared Services Lead in Auburn Hills, Michigan

Shared Services Lead This position is responsible for leading and managing designated controls for SOX system(s), including management of records and process documentation. The primary functions include developing and building functionality for Procurement processes such as buying, invoicing, contract management, sourcing process, spend analysis, travel and expense processing and configurations to support enterprise policy and process. Other job functions include design recommendations, interface development, testing and trouble-shooting and process development for new procurement requirements. Additionally, accountable for managing all technology service tickets, user access permissions, and working with third parties to support software as a service applications. Also, responsible and accountable for reporting on performance, data mapping and training and communication to the enterprise on Procurement systems. Responsibilities: * Developing and configuring Procurement systems. * Ensuring control effectiveness and overseeing systematic functionality. * Managing data and records for enterprise procurement tools. * Lead external audit, regulator and internal audit responses for SOX system(s). * Presenting at supplier management consortiums to communicate and train the enterprise on compliant procurement processes.
