Job purpose

This position assists in the day-to-day functions of the PTC office environment and the fitness center to ensure a safe and efficient operation. Responsibilities include coordinating employee moves, minor repairs to the facility and scheduling outside contractors. Facilities related special projects will also be assigned, as well as company events. Tasks are performed independently and under minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

Support efforts of BorgWarner maintaining ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 Certifications

Assist with day-to-day operations and upkeep of facility

Coordinate training room setups and special meeting requests

Process facilities helpdesk requests

Interface with janitorial, cafeteria, and landscaping contractors to ensure scopes of services are maintained

Support special projects and other duties assigned

Must be pursuing associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, facilities management, operations management or related.

Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service, and conflict management skills.

Must have proficient computer skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position assists in the day-to-day functions of the PTC office environment and the fitness center to ensure a safe and efficient operation. POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support efforts of BorgWarner securing ISO 50001 certification.

  • Assist with day-to-day operations and upkeep of facility (i.e. nameplates, minor maintenance such as hanging pictures/changing lock cores/etc.)

  • Support Senior Facilities Coordinator in upkeep of floor layouts in AutoCAD

  • Lead vacant desk cleanout project – to be rolled out in 2022

  • Coordinate training room setups and special meeting requests

  • Process Facilities helpdesk requests

  • Provide assistance in maintaining and auditing the company EMS

  • Provide administrative support to facilities team as needed

  • Interface with janitorial, cafeteria and landscaping contractors to ensure scope of services are maintained

  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned
