Qualifications

The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for the Head of Planning, Program Management & Partnerships for the Software organization at Stellantis. The selected candidate will also work in concert with counterpart administrative assistants across Stellantis, in all regions of the world, for planning meetings with all management team members. In addition, the candidate will assist with other regular administrative functions, including email management, travel planning and scheduling and preparation of small reports and presentations in support of the Planning, Program Management & Partnerships team. The selected candidate will also regularly interact with the Software organization management team and the Planning, Program Management & Partnerships team. Additional responsibilities will include occasionally scheduling and planning events, town halls and workshops as well as interfacing with external supplier partners and assistants to plan and coordinate meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma

  • Strong skills in both Microsoft Office Tool and Google Suite

  • 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant

  • Availability to occasionally be “on call” to address urgent needs

  • Ability to grow and development strong relationships with other Senior Management team members and their administrative assistants

  • Must be self-motivated, team player, and flexible and able to multitask with high attention to quality of work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Past experience in working with Senior Management team members

  • Thrives in working across multiple geographic regions and cultures
