Comerica Bank Call Center Project Manager in Auburn Hills, Michigan
A C3 Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Provides operational, technical, and analytical guidance to the project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Position Responsibilities: Responsible for on-time delivery and execution of critical projects and initiatives to deliver business value. Works with core project team (such as business partners, vendors, and technical team) to develop detailed, actionable project schedules and milestones. Assigns tasks to team and develops detailed and accurate work schedules, project estimates, and resource plans. Communicates accurate and timely project accomplishments, milestones, and overall project health to stakeholders via required measures and methods (such as status reports, metrics, checkpoints, reports, and scorecards). Ensures support areas are engaged to drive effective training and turnover of technical solutions. Ensures the right teams are engaged at the right time for the right work over the life of the project. Ensures cost changes have accurate and timely approvals and follow corporate and department standards, policies, and procedures. Ensures adherence to all government, corporate and department standards, policies and procedures in all technical artifacts, tasks, and decisions across the technical team. Proactively manages project risks and risk mitigation plans. Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University OR 4 years of relevant experience 3 years working in a team setting to deliver projects 3 years gathering requirements and preparing documentation 3 years analyzing data and providing recommendations 3 years leveraging project management and resource planning tools; building and executing actionable plans Certifications in the following preferred, but not required: Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), CompTIA Project+ Certification or equivalent
