Job Description

We are looking for a Controls Analyst to work for a leader in the utility industry. This support will be working side by side with leaders in the organization attending meetings, addressing key deliverables and action items. The support will need to follow up with other key stakeholders to drive best practices and ensure items are getting delivered. Looking at data and understanding the story behind that data, who and what needs to be completed after those assessments. We need this support to be attentive to detail, willingness to hit ground running and be a go getter.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of Controls and Coordination support

• Experience with MS Office Suite (Create Decks in PowerPoint and pull data from excel)

• Understand relevance behind data metrics and reason for reporting

• Confidence to lead and execute on tasks with leadership

• Ability to be on site 2-4x a week

• Excellent oral and written communication, buy into the culture, team and goals we are trying to accomplish - Past experience working for this customer null
