Overview
The Talent Planning team leads the development of short-term, long-term, and external workforce plans. This team partners with senior leaders across the business to align talent resources with organizational strategy to deliver meaningful outcomes for Customers, Restaurants, and the business.
A role on this team will provide a dynamic, fast-paced experience with high-visibility and opportunity for impact. This role is responsible for the management and execution of Chick-fil-A's long-term workforce planning process and facilitates the alignment of complex, interdependent work across the business.
This role requires a strong professional who can influence leaders while navigating a dynamic, multi-disciplinary to sequence, align, and deliver Chick-fil-A's talent plans. This role requires strategic planning skills and expertise in model and process development. Work is expected to be performed with wide latitude and autonomy under the Director of Talent Planning.

Responsibilities
Lead the business through long-term talent planning process. Create clarity and confidence by delivering key objectives and decisions including input into planning guidance and resource guardrails, people resource recommendations post-planning, and support for communication of approved plan by Executive Committee.
Partner with senior leaders from functions including Organizational Planning, Talent Consulting, and Financial Planning & Analysis to develop processes, frameworks, and guidance that effectively stewards talent.
Create, validate, and maintain long-term scenario-based models and ensure they are integrated with adjacent models (e.g., Long Range Financial Model) at CFA.
Responsible for executing all long-term planning activities, preparing content for executive-level meetings/decisions, and implementing plan decisions.
Responsible for standing up an external sensing capability at CFA to support benchmarking efforts, macro labor analysis, and curation of talent related insights to support leaders across the business.
Lead planning and facilitation for all major planning meetings involving a long-term talent perspective: Executive Committee and Officer Alignment, Strategic Bet Alignment, Department Planning Leaders, and Planning Partners.
Partner with subsidiaries to ensure talent investment across the CFA ecosystem is aligned (International, Bay Center Foods, and CFA Supply).
Build commitment to the plan by leading development and implementation of multi-year roadmaps to prioritize and sequence key capability building across the business.
Lead aggregation and consolidation of large amounts of qualitative and quantitative plan data, synthesize findings, and make recommendations to executive leaders.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to mature talent planning capabilities at Chick-fil-A. Own recommendation and implementation of key adjustments to the process.
Consult and advise to planning system configurations to ensure system readiness for each planning cycle.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including Strategic Bet Leaders, Department Planning Leaders, Program Managers, and departmental leadership.
Responsible for integrating planning dates and milestones with Chick-fil-A's Leadership Calendar, the People Department / Talent Experience Calendar, and working with planning partners to determine healthy pace planning activities in the year ahead.
Minimum Qualifications
