Our Korean Business Network team is made up of experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of both the Americas and Korean corporate environments, gained through hands-on experience of serving major clients. Ultimately, we provide our clients with that vital link back to Korea, matching our clients’ needs with the capabilities of the global EY organization.

Your key responsibilities
Meet with clients directly at their offices, undertaking audit activities to identify and resolve complex issues
Work across industries (Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Real Estate, Automotive and Transportation, Technology to name a few), which will provide deep knowledge of key drivers for success and risks specific to the industry
Take on new challenges and responsibilities while discovering and developing your strengths and ambitions
How will I spend most of my time?
Identifying potential audit issues or unusual relationships in financial statements with detailed analytical trend analysis
Demonstrating your professionalism while working in clients’ environments and providing exceptional service
Operating effectively in a regulated environment, with a focus on protecting the capital markets and the investing public
Developing and maintaining relationships with our clients to provide definitive auditing services that the capital markets and the client can rely upon

Have or be working toward, an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting
A strong academic record, including, without limitation, course work that EY deems relevant to this position
A demonstrable plan for passing the CPA exam
Fluency in both English and Korean languages, including the ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively both written and verbally in a professional environment
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites. A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.

A competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The salary range for this job, in the US, is $57,500 - $80,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid-time-off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial and emotional well-being.

In addition to speaking with our recruiters and client-serving professionals, we also leverage the use of pre-recorded video interviews (PRVI). Additional interviews may be in the form of a live interview, either via video or in person.
