THE GROVE + FLOURISH MARKETING LEAD
Passion City Church // The Grove + Flourish
OBJECTIVE
Maximize the reach of The Grove + Flourish ministry by building the overall Grove brand, primarily through the crafting of exceptional marketing strategies in line with The Grove's heart, vision, and personality. Creating and executing content, marketing, and communication campaigns as we share the story of what Jesus is doing through The Grove + Flourish to our House, our city, and the world. This individual will serve as the person responsible for marketing, all content, and experiences under The Grove brand.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate mindful marketing strategies and ideas to maximize The Grove's ministry reach and all its facets, such as Grove Gatherings, Flourish, The Grove Conference, and The Grove Podcast
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, including social media, websites, email marketing, etc
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
Develop Communication strategies and plans for all Grove elements and events
Manage and report marketing metrics effectively
Oversee the export of engaging The Grove + Flourish Podcast promos, driving awareness and engagement around The Grove + Flourish events and media
Collaborate with design team to receive and build upon art direction for The Grove + Flourish campaigns
Manage production design of assets and supplement assets as needed for all running promotions
Liaise among The Grove + Flourish Teams, Creative Team, Passion Publishing, and Contractors to foster and accomplish shared visions
Coordinate all promotions and strategy House-wide relating to The Grove + Flourish
Manage multiple promotions, ensuring that all campaigns are created on time and on budget, despite obstacles, including Flourish to Church initiatives
Manage the scheduling, production, and quality of The Grove Podcast and The Grove YouTube Channel, working alongside Grove Leadership and audio engineer(s) to generate new content
Consistently brainstorm, implement, and evaluate new ideas for fresh Grove, Podcast, and Flourish social media content
Consistently provide reports and forecasts for growth on all promotions, podcast episodes, YouTube and social metrics, etc
Establish protocol and oversee the process of recapping, retelling, and stewarding the story God is writing through The Grove + Flourish gatherings
Lead The Grove social efforts in preparing, creating, and releasing content on a consistent and premeditated schedule
Oversee TheGroveOnline.com, TheGroveConference.com, and FlourishMentor.com, regularly updating and scheduling the production of new content.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 9a- 5p
Routine exceptions: For The Grove + Flourish events, real-time marketing needs will continue past 5p and potentially on weekends, depending on event schedules. Appropriate flex time will follow.

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
Has a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a similar field
Has 3-5 years of managerial experience executing far-reaching marketing campaigns
Has worked in a digital, communications, or other marketing equivalent environment
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite + Advanced Design Skills with a drive to learn more
Skilled in tools such as Stripo, Hubspot, Audacity, and WordPress
Has strong project management skills
Has strong copywriting skills, written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail, with particular regard to spelling, grammar, and biblical/theological accuracy
Passionately and actively engages in all communication media
Is a highly organized individual with the ability to problem-solve and maintain relational equity in executing tasks with a natural sense of urgency
Performs duties on time, with excellence, and with acute attention to detail
Finds joy in serving others and our greater team by assuming behind-the-scenes roles
Displays excellence in written and verbal communication skills
