Are you ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic team on a short-term basis? We're seeking a Temporary Accounts Receivable Specialist for a 3-5 month assignment with the potential to transition into a permanent role.If you have the soft skills and preivous experience, I would invite you to .

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Prepare, issue, and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.

• Payment Collection: Monitor accounts to identify outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.

• Reconciliations: Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accurate reporting and resolution of discrepancies.

• Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address billing inquiries and payment issues.

• Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.

• Credit Management: Evaluate customer creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits.

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, including aging analysis and collection forecasts.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounts receivable processes for increased efficiency.
