Position Summary

This is a hybrid position requiring working from the office 3 days a week. Candidates must reside within driving distance for a CVS or Aetna office.

We are looking for a Healthcare Growth Strategy Consultant that specializes in moving ideas to implementation. You will support the team in building out and delivering a multiyear roadmap to scale our Medicare cross-sell/conversion program. This program will be a part of our direct-to-consumer enrollment channels growth engine. Our goal is to deliver topline enrollment growth (i.e., total enrollment and increased conversion rates) and margin expansion (i.e. Dual Special Needs Plan enrollments and lower our current cost per sales) at the same time. To be successful in this role the candidate must be skilled at visualizing conceptual models, initiative planning, working cross-functionally, have a high attention for detail, produce deliverables in a fast-paced environment, and driving complex project to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of how contact centers operate within the healthcare world. This role will also interact with many parts of the CVS Health organization including our Medicare, PBM, and Commercial teams.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Quantifying and expand top-of-funnel cross-sell opportunities.

  • Support the building of the blueprint for a year-round sales program.

  • Driving cross-sell opportunities through the non-commissionable direct-to-consumer sales channels.

  • Design, build, & launch new programs to increase addressable market, conversion rate, and enrollments.

  • Independently present to Director and VP level internal and external stakeholders.

  • Tell a story with your quantitative and qualitative analysis that leads to clear recommendations.

  • Support the creation of the cross-sell playbook for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist the shift from targeting based on sales likelihood to response likelihood.

  • Validate QA cross-sales reports.

  • Provide ad-hoc reports.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of Management Experience

  • Experience in Healthcare

  • Project Management Experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medicare Sales Experience

Education

BS/BA or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $190,700.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
