This role is responsible for acting as the HR Project Management support for HBT transformation projects.

  • A successful candidate will:

  • Ensure successful transformation project delivery by executing in alignment with project say / do

  • Establishing the HR MOS to ensure key stakeholders and partners are aligned and executing transformation projects flawlessly

  • Leverage standardized processes and tools execute on transformation projects

  • Collaborate with partners throughout the organization to ensure successful, on-time delivery of project commitments

  • Be able to articulate at all time the strategic reasons for projects, the status of current efforts, and forthcoming implications of the work

  • Identify key integration points between multiple streams of work

  • Communicate frequently and transparently

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelors degree

  • 2+ years of Project management of complex projects across multiple businesses

  • 4 + years of experience with Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project

  • 4 + years of experience in designing reports, performing analysis, and building dashboards

WE VALUE

  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills

  • Ability to develop, utilize, and execute strategic planning documents and implementation project plans

  • A proven track record of holding self and others accountable to meet deadlines and deliver results

  • Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience

  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision

  • Experience in driving change and delivering bottom line savings

  • Ability to coordinate action group groups and influence ideas outside of direct reporting lines

  • Ability to lead, drive change, and influence subject matter experts
